I am a small town girl raised on a farm fifteen minutes out of Forestburg, Alberta.
As the oldest of four kids I love being around others, especially the younger generation.
I was a competitive dancer for twelve years competing across Alberta in the disciplines of tap, jazz, lyrical and contemporary.
I was an active 4-H member for nine years. I am one of twenty- eight 4-H ambassadors across Alberta.
I love watching my brothers play sports and rarely miss a game. Gus plays hockey and Ty plays basketball. They both play football on the district football team.
I travelled to Denver, Colorado on a judging trip awarded by 4-H Alberta in 2011 where I was ranked as the highest Canadian competitor.
I have exhibited cattle across Canada in various junior shows and am a member of the Alberta Junior Angus board.
I worked at the Forestburg golf course for two summers and still do not know how to golf.
I graduated in 2011 from Forestburg High School from a class of 23 which was the biggest class in nearly a decade.
My best friend is Olivia Heidt. We went to Red Deer College together in the Bachelor of Education Program.
